Haven is a personal debt-reduction app at havenplan.app. This policy describes what we collect and why. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and a hashed password if you sign up with email. If you use Google or X, we receive the identifier, name, and email those services share with us for sign-in.
- Financial records you add or import: account names, institutions, last four digits, balances, APRs, due dates, credit limits, and payment plan settings.
- If you connect a bank with Plaid: a vaulted access token and the account data Plaid returns. We never receive your bank password or a full card number.
- If you subscribe to Haven Plus: billing status through Stripe. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
- Technical logs needed to run the service (for example, errors and sign-in time).
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, show your calendar and payoff plan, refresh linked balances, and process Plus. We do not post on X, read your timeline, or use Google or X for advertising.
Who we share it with
Processors that run the product: Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank connections), and Google or X if you choose those sign-in buttons. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use a secure session cookie so you stay signed in. That is not used for ads.
Your choices
You can edit or delete accounts in the app, disconnect a bank, or cancel Plus. To delete your Haven account and stored data, email privacy@forgeworksstudios.com.
